Application for Modification Order to add to add a bridleway between Buxton Old Road and Footpath 39, Parish of Disley, and upgrade (in part) to bridleway Public Footpath 39
I am a consultant working on behalf of Cheshire East Council investigating an application that has been made for a Definitive Map Modification Order (DMMO) to add a bridleway and upgrade footpath 39 to a bridleway (in part) in the Parish of Disley (see map enclosed). I am undertaking the work under the instruction of John Lindsay, Definitive Map Officer.
Please see attached letter and maps of site inviting you to submit any comments /information regarding this application plus a privacy notice. Please note the deadline to get any responses back to me is the 14th November 2024 but if possible I would appreciate responses as soon as possible.
